Pyle Rome Ehrenberg PC, a union-side labor and employment law firm with offices in Boston and Northampton, Massachusetts, and Brattleboro, Vermont, seeks to hire an associate to join our growing New England-wide labor practice.  We represent a variety of public and private-sector unions throughout New England – including telephone and utility workers, health care and human service employees, retail food and commercial workers, police officers and firefighters, steelworkers and other manufacturing employees, craft workers, and bus drivers – in all phases of representation, including contract negotiation and enforcement, discipline proceedings, arbitration, unfair labor practices, and related court proceedings. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of labor law experience. We are seeking an associate who is dedicated to serving the labor movement and who is interested in providing direct and creative legal representation. Massachusetts bar license preferred, though other New England licensees also considered.
