Jeremy DaCruz
Before joining Pyle Rome, Jeremy DaCruz worked for two years in various roles for the National Conference of Firemen and Oilers (“NCFO”), including as Assistant Business Agent, General Counsel to Chapter 3, and Advisor to the President/Field Representative of the National Conference of Firemen and Oilers, a District of SEIU Local 32BJ. While employed by the NCFO, Jeremy served as lead negotiator for contract negotiations, represented union members during grievances and arbitrations as well as during unfair labor practice proceedings in both the public and private sectors, and ensured LMRDA compliance during a union merger. Before that, Jeremy was Associate Counsel at New Hampshire State Employees’ Association, SEIU Local 1984 where he represented bargaining unit members in grievance proceedings, settlement discussions, and contract negotiations. While in law school, Jeremy interned with the Service Employees International Union as a Peggy Browning Fellow, the U.S. Department of Labor, and a union-side labor law firm.
